AML
GreenhouseOS is now powered by Landmark. You can order your AML products through Greenhouse and receive your results via Landmark. You can select from one of three package available. Standard AML check, Facial recognition or International Facial recognition.
We are able to run AML checks on your Vendors/Listings Contacts as well as your Buyers on the Offer record.
If you would like to use Landmark please enable GreenhouseOS powered by Landmark in your Team settings. If you have an alternative provider then Manual AML provider will be selected within your Teams.
New Viewing and Valuations Design
We have upgraded our Viewing and Valuation booking screens to highlight the travel time between appointments for your agents. The travel time is based on a key, any appointment within 15 minutes shows as Green, any appointment between 15 and 30 minutes has a Amber travel key and those above 30 minutes are Red.
In addition when booking appointments on the same property we have a gold star appear to highlight when your agents are also at that same property to further enhance efficiency.
Viewings
Tenants will now be included in Viewing Requests, Confirmations and Cancellations. You can enable this through your Team settings should they be included or not.
In order for a Tenant to receive these communications you will need to ensure they are added as a Viewing Contact
Self Service
We have introduced tracking on the source of Self Service Viewings, this will allow you to monitor your success rates of SMS and Email invitations to Buyers and enable you to focus on one route of delivery should you have a higher success rate via one channel.
